The Schuylkill River Trail Bike Tour series features bike rides that uniquely combine cycling and history. By offering these rides, the Schuylkill River Heritage Area introduces people to the Schuylkill River Trail and to the visitor sites that can be accessed from the trail. Thus the rides not only promote the trail and encourage outdoor recreation; they also connect people to the region's history and environment.

It will end at Independence National Historic Park in Philadelphia.
