We are now seeking artists for the Annual Scenes of the Schuylkill River Heritage Area Art Show, planned for Nov.9-Dec.11, 2015 at Montgomery County Community College West Campus Gallery, featuring art that celebrates the beauty of the region. Artwork due October 26.

For 2015, we are pleased to have as juror Charles Stainback, Director of Art at the Berman Museum, Ursinus College.
New for 2015!
A selection of artwork from the exhibit will be displayed at Valley Forge National Historical Park Visitor Center in January and February 2016 (exact dates TBD). Juror will determine pieces to be displayed. Artists will be responsible for delivering their own art to this location, since the exhibit occurs a month after the MCCC show closes.
About the 2014 Scenes of the Schuylkill
In 2014 the exhibit ran from Sept. 16-Oct. 17. Juror Lisa Tremper Hanover, Director & CEO, of the James A. Michener Art Museum in Doylestown selected 82 works, and chose three winning entries and two honorable mentions from 112 works submitted. A staff choice award was also determined by the Schuylkill River Heritage Area staff for a work that represented the Schuylkill River, in honor of the Schuylkill as PA's 2014 River of the Year.
